www.viavuelos.com is a directory/meta search engine/flights search engine. The information accessed through www.viavuelos.com will refer to that of the airline companies that own an internet website with a reservations system. Therefore, the site www.viavuelos.com is addressed to:

1. Those airline companies that wish to hire a space on the portal with the aim of using it as a communications platform (from here on AIRLINE);
2. The users/potential customers of airlines (from here on, HOME USER).

1) GENERAL TERMS OF USE

These General Terms of Use overlook the operation of services offered by the website www.viavuelos.com. CLICK TUNE makes these available to the HOME USER who wishes to consult them or hold information over the availability of flights at the time and to the destination of his or her choice. The HOME USER will only have access to the information of the AIRLINES that have a previous arrangement with CLICK TUNE. The search results will re-direct the HOME USER to the website of the AIRLINE.

The access to the web site implies the condition of GENERAL USER and involves the full acceptance by the GENERAL USER of each and every one of the General Terms of Use. If the GENERAL USER is not in agreement with the General Terms of Use, he or she will not have the right to the use the web site www.viavuelos.com.

Likewise, the access to the web site www.viavuelos.com and the request and/or use of the services offered by CLICK TUNE, implies the acceptance of the present General Terms of Use and confers the condition of HOME USER. In which case, the Conditions Specific to the Contract and/or Legal Notices will apply and he or she will be asked to provide proof of reading and agreeing to the present General Terms of Use and the Conditions Specific to the Contract.

2) ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEB SITE IS FREE OF CHARGE

3) CHANGES ON THE WEBSITE OR CHANGES TO THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES

CLICKTUNE reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to modify the layout and configuration of the website, as well as the services, General Terms of Use and Conditions specific to the contract, with or without notice. Such modifications will be made to improve the service offered to the GENERAL USER and the HOME USER, according to the changing market circumstances. Changes in the conditions of those services will not apply retrospectively to those services already utilized by the GENERAL USER and the HOME USER.

4) LIMITATIONS OF USE

The GENERAL USER and the HOME USER agree to use the web site, its contents and services in accordance with the law, as well as agreeing to the present General Terms of Use, and with generally accepted moral codes and public order. Likewise, the GENERAL USER and the HOME USER commit to not use the web site www.viavuelos.com, its content and services unlawfully and against the General Terms of Use. Whenever the GENERAL/HOME USER provides CLICK TUNE with personal information, he or she acknowledges reading and agreeing to the following terms.

CLICKTUNE will save such information provided by the HOME/GENERAL USER into a file created so as to handle the reservations of the services displayed on the web site www.viavuelos.com on behalf of the HOME/GENERAL USER. In accordance with the Data Protection Law 15/1999 (LOPD), the personal information will be used only for such purposes herein described.
